Outskirts Brew Co. & Dive opened in June of 2022. The brewery and the name are new, but owners Marc Reinicke and Carissa Reinicke first opened the doors in December 2009 as Vino Bellissimo, a boutique wine shop. Selling wine grew into selling craft beer, which grew into adding 24, then 36 craft beer taps. Eventually the company expanded in 2016 to include a full bar and kitchen. Vino Bellissimo retired in October 2021 to make way for Lima’s first brewery since Prohibition.

The vibe here is laid back and lively. Our mission is to provide a comfortable and inclusive space for all members of our community to kick back and enjoy excellent beer and good company, just a few miles from the city center on the outskirts of town.
